This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, tracking, delivery issues, and other shipping-related information.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders to serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for the shipping address entered during checkout.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

If any shipping charge applies to your order, the applicable amount will be displayed before you complete payment.

We do not intentionally add undisclosed shipping charges after an order has been placed.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing means preparing, checking, packing, and handing the order over to the courier.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days.

Delivery times depend on the destination, courier serviceability, transportation conditions, and other operational factors.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.

The estimated delivery period begins after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or delivery period displayed on our website, courier tracking page, email, SMS, or other communication is an estimate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, courier network issues, regional restrictions, strikes, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customers can use the courier tracking information provided to monitor the shipment.

Packaging

Diecast model cars are packed carefully to help protect both the product and its manufacturer packaging during transportation.

Where appropriate, protective materials may be used to reduce the risk of movement or damage during shipping.

Collectible Packaging

Some customers consider the manufacturer box, blister card, acrylic case, sleeve, or other packaging to be part of the collectible product.

We take reasonable care when packing these items.

However, minor marks, small creases, light scratches, or normal transit wear to manufacturer packaging may occasionally occur.

Minor packaging imperfections that do not materially affect the actual diecast model are not automatically considered product damage.

Material damage will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives materially damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For transit-related damage, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate promptly.

Please provide your order number.

Please provide the customer name used for the order.

Please provide clear photographs of the outer shipping package.

Please provide clear photographs of the product and manufacturer packaging.

Please provide photographs showing the damage.

An unboxing video is helpful if available.

Please keep all packaging and the product until the issue has been reviewed.

Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a different product from the one ordered, or an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, postal code, phone number, and other delivery information.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their operating procedures.

Customers should ensure that the phone number provided with the order is active and that someone is available to receive the shipment where necessary.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

An order may be returned to us if the address is incomplete or incorrect.

An order may be returned if delivery attempts repeatedly fail.

An order may be returned if the recipient refuses delivery.

An order may also be returned if the courier determines that delivery cannot be completed.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or customer refusal, actual reshipping or return-to-origin costs may apply where permitted.

We will contact the customer where reasonably possible to determine the next step.

Delayed Orders

If your tracking information shows no meaningful movement for an extended period, please contact our customer-support team.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the courier enquiry.

Courier delays outside our reasonable control do not automatically constitute order cancellation.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will review the case and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it normally cannot be cancelled as a pre-dispatch cancellation.

If you no longer require the product after dispatch, please accept delivery and review the eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.
